Could I get Hunter eyes?

I’m aware that I won’t have eyes like on the 1 and 4 picture, but I want some improvement or something more similar to the eyes on the 3 picture.

I would not recommend such a procedure as risks are far greater than the possible benefits for such a surgery.  Lower eyelid anatomy is very complex and changing the position of the eyelid in a manner that you are seeking can lead to multiple problems which are not easy to fix.  Also...
