I have a lipoma that hurts and sets on a main nerve and my liver. Doctors don't want to try to remove it for fear of hitting one of the two. I have over thirty of them and most of them hurt. Is there a way to remove them without surgery.

Thank you for your question.The incision need not be as large as the lipoma as they can 'pop out" of smaller diameter incisions during expert surgical exxcision with great cosmetic outcomes.You can certainly join a gym and exercise if it is not symptomatic.I recommend that you have the lipoma on...
