I'm 5 Days Post Op my Thumb is Still Tingly and Numb and my Arm is Slightly Swollen, Should I Be Worried?

Should I be worried ??? My doc said the numbness happened and go away with time but that was before it got a lil but swollen n slightly bruised ..... I called him waiting for a call back ... I live 5 hours away from him so I'm having anxiety about my arm

An umbilical stalk that does not permit direct cleansing would be considered stenotic. I regret that I do not have a picture of one but it should be a rare occurrence after in abdominoplasty. Should it occur it can be corrected with a relatively small procedure.

There is a condition called prune belly syndrome that would not apply to you and cannot be surgically fixed. Any abdominal wall laxity can be corrected by an abdominoplasty. If the prominence is caused by excess intraperitoneal fat only weight loss will flatten the abdomen.
