How can I fix my side profile?

My side profile bothers me due to my nose, concaved lip area, and protruding chin. I am not sure what can be done to fix this.

Rhinoplasty and chin reduction for the female for a more feminine and attractive appearance. These can be done at the same time with 1-2 weeks for the bruising to go away from the n one. Make sure this is done by a very experienced FFS surgeon who can show you dozens of his results.You need conservative hump removal and increased tip projection and only slight elevation of your tip,etc.

Rhinoplasty requires exceptional skill on behalf of the surgeon and great communication with the patient about realistic goals and expectations. Common cosmetic concerns include a dorsal hump, wide nose, sunken nose, irregularities, and asymmetries. Functional concerns include difficulty breathing through the nose, which can and should be addressed at the same time as your rhinoplasty.

In your situation, slight tip rotation and bridge work would make a nice improvement for the profile.

Make sure to seek out the care of a board certified surgeon with extensive experience in rhinoplasty. Find someone you connect with, who will listen to your concerns and provide you with a framework for what is possible.

Besides a rhinoplasty to reduce your hump and lift the tip of the nose, the chin needs to be reshaped to reduce its bony projection and trim the excessive lower border which prevents a straight line from being seen along the jawline behind the chin.

I would suggest that you find a surgeon with extensive rhinoplasty experience certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and one who is ideally a member of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person. The extent and length of the procedure, cost, and the specific operative steps to achieve an ideal cosmetic result vary from patient to patient and would depend on the findings at your consultation examination.
