Upper teeth don't show when mouth is open and barely show when I smile. (Photos)

At rest with my mouth closed, my nose, mouth, and lips look fine. But, when I open my mouth my upper teeth don't show at all, and my bottom teeth are slightly visible. When I smile, my upper lip covers a large area of my teeth, and the tip of my nose droops downward. I'd like my upper teeth to show when I open my mouth, and to have a more aesthetically pleasing smile. What procedures should I look into to achieve this?
