Can my lip lift be done only on the sides of my lips rather than the Cupid's bow? (Photo)

Question

My lips pretty much disappear on the sides I'm okay with the fullness right by the Cupid's bow, I've also tried lifting my lip from the Cupid's bow just to see what it would look like and I end up getting the rabbit look which I don't want, is it possible to just increase fullness on the sides of my lips with a lip lift? Also how long should my philtrum be a good candidate for this procedure?

Hello bamThis lift is along the outer edge of the upper lip to the corner is used to raise the corner of the mouth.  This improves the look of despair. The small incision is closed with dissolving sutures and can be covered with make-up within the week.  All sutures dissolve. The procedure is performed in the office  under a local anaesthetic in less than an hour.

Based on this one photo, it appears that you have appropriate upper tooth show so a lip lift may not be needed for the middle part. The corners of the lip can be addressed with a 'corner lip lift' but this is less commonly done, and the incisions are less hidden. To improve the shape of the upper lip with the disappearing sides, you need a vermilion advancement of the sides not a lip lift. A lip lift is not going to affect the sides of the upper lip from any skin excision done under the nose.
