Can't close my lips naturally after my last liplift.

I had liplift and I'm not able to close my lips naturally since this surgery. I have to strain my chin and lips to close them and that give me pain in my face and mouth. I had a revision with the surgeon that operated me again and He did me an orthognathic surgery to try to fix it, but I still suffering the problem. I would like to ask if there is a real and permanent solution to be able to close my lips like I did all my life before the surgery, because it's affect me so much. Thank you.
