I already have waited months for in person interviews and in the end most of the Drs. say they don't do it or are not skilled enough. I would prefer a surgeon within the USA but will consider other countries as well. I am 41 years old, male but this is the look I want. I also want to increase the naso-labial angle by at least 5° but no more than 10° degrees, I think I am currently about 90°.
Answer: Ski-Slope Nose Hello, Thank you for the question and provided information, photos. A revision rhinoplasty can improve the shape and function of the nose. However, patients prefer a more natural looking nose and this is especially true in male patients. You can consult a few surgeons whether your goal achievable or not.Kind Regards,

Answer: Creating an overly rotated nasal tip The short answer is that yes you can create a very concave profile to your dorsum. This is typically not something that most patients seek and I would be very sure that this is what you want to achieve prior to going forward with the procedure as it is not an easy procedure to correct if you change your mind as you would need cartilage from elsewhere to reverse these effects.

Answer: It's almost certainly possible to lift the tip and slope the bridge as you drew and requested... Even though a revision is harder than a primary operation, those changes you request involve making the nasal structure smaller rather than larger, and that makes the changes more predictable to accomplish. However, having said that, you might get some pushback from surgeons, because the *amount* that you want the tip elevated and the bridge sloped is more than a typical request. That profile "after" photo looks somewhat unnatural and "operated." So if you were consulting with me, I'd be lobbying for a little lower tip, and a bit stronger bridge. The three-quarter morphs you posted look attractive to me, more natural than the profile morph you made. The frontal view seems to indicate that the upper parts of the nose are still wide. But the photos overall are too small to get lots and lots of detail. Bigger and/or more photos might help us with the analysis.

Answer: Wanting a Ski Slope Nose Dear Mmesamesa, This can be done however most surgeons will not want to proceed with a procedure that they would find not aesthetically pleasing. The results you are asking for are generally perceived as a complication in surgery and patients prefer a more natural looking nose and this is especially true in male patients. You may want to seek some consultations aided with digital imaging to show you what can be accomplished that would provide better balance to your facial aesthetics but are not as dramatic. Your front view shows you could have nice improvement in narrowing the bridge and refining the tip however the angle on the side profile is over rotated and over shortened. In the long run you may be very unhappy with that result. Best regards, Michael V. Elam, M.D.
