I had a septorhinoplasty (rhino portion corrected significant nasal hump) and since then my nose has significantly curved to the right again. I want to get this corrected but was wondering if a rib graft that uses a very flat piece of cartilage would be a more promising method to make sure the septum does not deviate again. I am not sure how much cartilage even remains in my septum. I can also feel my pulse on the right side of the tip of my nose where there is fullness.
