Theres been some damage done to both sides of my nose cartilage at the tip of my nose. I'm unsure what could be done to resolve this. Will I need rhinoplasty surgery or is there any non-surgical option a possibility? You can see there are two dark dents at the front of the nose. I want the cartilage ti somehow be full there again so there are no dents. In certain lighting you can really see the dark dents and it's embarrassing.
