I’m currently working on paying off my student loans and my plan is to have them paid off by next spring/summer. I really don’t want to get into debt again to pay for my rhinoplasty. Do you recommend I save up for it beforehand or is there another way I can do this?

Answer: Budgeting for plastic surgery There will be different options depending on what is available at the specific office. Of course it is best to be able to pay for the surgery at one time and also be prepared for additional costs such as medications, etc. There are other options if you do not want to pay all at once. For instance, my office offers financing programs with monthly payments. It is best to discuss with the surgeon's office what options are available before making an informed decision. The cost of a rhinoplasty Is directly related to anesthesia fee, surgeon's fee and operating room fee. It will vary based upon geography and surgeon's experience. Rhinoplasty is one of the most difficult procedures to perform correctly in the entire field of cosmetic surgery, so choose your surgeon wisely based upon quality, not price.
