I’m currently working on paying off my student loans and my plan is to have them paid off by next spring/summer. I really don’t want to get into debt again to pay for my rhinoplasty. Do you recommend I save up for it beforehand or is there another way I can do this?
Answer: Paying for cosmetic surgery I don’t blame you for not wanting to get into debt again, at least not right away. Most surgeons require payment in advance and most take credit cards. Or you could simply save up for it. The is a program called care credit which you can look into but it is really no different from using a credit card.

Answer: Rhinoplasty cost. Cosmetic surgery is paid before the procedure occurs. The cost vary from surgeon to surgeon, facility to facility, and anesthesia provider to anesthesia provider. Most of our offices offer different forms of financing, at an additional cost to the patient (in many cases). But you should always have the funds in reserve, "in case" because you may desire a secondary procedure that wasn't covered by the cost of your first procedure.

Of course it is best to be able to pay for the surgery at one time and also be prepared for additional costs such as medications, etc. There are other options if you do not want to pay all at once. For instance, my office offers financing programs with monthly payments. It is best to discuss with the surgeon's office what options are available before making an informed decision.
