Your underlying problem is a lack of effective eating habits. "Eating healthy" is a useless pursuit if you have no strategy for the balance of healthy foods and appetite control. Smartlipo, is really "laser ASSISTED" liposuction and can be used anywhere standard liposuction would be appropriate.  When I consult with patients given your background I tried to do only a few areas that will give an immediate appearance in clothes.
