Is it safe to have a second hairline lowering procedure?

With the exception of the widows peak, the overall height of my hairline near the temples is nearly the same as pre-op. I still do not feel comfortable enough to pull my hair back due to the height & I really dislike the current shape as I desired a much lower & more feminine hairline. Although I'm starting to feel that doctors do not care about what I want, I'm wondering if a revision is feasible? Please note I have had a failed FUT that didn't take &was removed during this procedure.

I would not recommend it. The procedures can be done together with one surgery, but it is not wise to have them done days apart with different surgeons. I would also hope the second surgeon would not agree to perform a surgery while healing from another. The risk of infection and complications...

It is my impression that lowering forehead (reducing forehead height) would work better in your situation. Incision is placed in the hairline in a zig-zag fashion and it is barely visible. This will reduce your forehead height for 2-3 cm. In person consultation with a board certified plastic...

It is hard to tell without seeing any photos, but both procedures should be able to be done at the same time. Its better to have only one recovery as well. Depending on the deformities and where they are located, they may be fixed with just the cranioplasty. Again, it is hard to give you better...

I would recommend first obtaining a CT scan of the skull with thin cuts and a 3D reconstruction, followed by consultation with a plastic surgeon with experience in craniofacial surgery. It may be possible to shave the bone in these areas down.
