What are the possible problems 9 years after full abdominalplasty?

2 weeks ago I started getting a distended abdonmen,noticed a large hard lump all across the top of my belly button (about softball size). I look about 5 months pregnant (im not pregnant). ive had severe bowel changes, abdominal pain on right & left side, nausea, vomiting, yellow bile diharreah with black specks. Dr sending me for ct. Could a hernia be that large? Muscle issues from abdominal surgeries? Went ER, did xray only. Said it showed no bowel obstruction and see my dr for hernia?

It is very normal to feel fatigue for several weeks after your tummy tuck surgery. Your body is working very hard in healing itself after surgery. Don't push yourself to do too much to soon. Speak to your surgeon about stopping your pain meds. Good luck!

A hiatal hernia is not a problem with liposuction because it is internal. Umbilical hernias are an issue with liposuction because it involves the same area that is to be sculpted.

Thanks for the question. Generally, most patients can fly within 2 to 4 weeks after Tummy Tuck surgery. However, car or airplane travel should be avoided to prevent the risk of blood clots in the legs. I wish you all the best.
