What are the possible problems 9 years after full abdominalplasty?

The symptoms you have are not related to your abdomenoplasy.  Although the picture isn't totally clear because there could be a couple different things happening, you need to see a gastroenterologist ASAP.  Hernias aren't likely after abdominoplasties without some intervening insult (like other intra abdominal surgery), though still possible.  However, that would typically only cause a "bulge".  The other symptoms you report are frequently found in issues that need more immediate attention.  Take the leap and see a GI doc!  Best of luck.

Hi angel, and I am sorry and concerned about your symptoms.The lump could be a hernia, but that isn't the main concern.The bowel changes, pain, nausea/vomiting are a big concern.  Black specks may represent gi tract bleeding.I highly urge you to get a visit with a gastroenterologist (gi doctor).  I would think that you may need to get scoped to get a good luck at what is going on.  Don't wait.sek
