It takes 4-6 months for most of the swelling to resolve and even a year to see your final results. You are still early from surgery

At a month out from such an extensive surgery it would be best to allow your results more time to mature.  You are likely experiencing significant swelling of your tissues that will mask your long-term results.  Some patients do not see final outcomes for 6-12 months after surgery, although most swelling resolves over the first 2-3 months.  I know waiting is difficult, but allow your results more time to mature and continue to voice any concerns to your surgeon.  They ultimately want you to be happy and will work with you to ensure this.

At one month out, you are likely still very swollen. You have to give it 4-6 months for the  majority of swelling to go away.

Be patient. At one month most patients are swollen. You are not seeing what will be more evident at six months. It can take even up to one year to get final result from liposuction.
