Would subcision with Sculptra BBL be a good solution for my cellulite? (Photos)

Question

Help! My cellulite is both genetic and increases when I don’t exerc. Even at my fittest, I struggle with dimplage and skin elasticity. I hate it. Who performs subcision in the U.S. and Sculptra filler to correct this? I also desire a more even buttock shape with filler, and can I get lipo right above the vag area and buffalo hump fixed? Thank you!

we do a lot of sculptra +/- fillers with subcision for cellulite.  although you may need much more than this. I suggest you consult us or an expert.
A combination approach would give the most improvement. Cellfina itself is the best treatment we have for cellulite but works best in combination with Sculptra and Renuva fat injections or bellafill both are long term; as well as body treatments like Venus Legacy/Exilis Ultra, Cellutone/Zwave. A VASER HI DEF procedure can be done for more contouring and smoothing, if you're a candidate. Smooth novathreads maybe can help build collagen as well and improve the apperance. Cellulite can't be cured, but can be improved with treatments and maintenance. you might consider Cellfina to reduce the cellulite. Patients are usually satisfied after the treatment (over 90 %). I would suggest you to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon with experience with Cellfina.

Yes you can have ALL those options. But I might do in a few separate sessions. Round 1: Lipo pubic/buffalo hump with 40 vial Sculptra injected to even out the shape of the buttock. Fee $15,000.
Round 2: subcision in areas cellulite with Sculptra injections amounts of vials needed to be determined.
