Help! My cellulite is both genetic and increases when I don’t exerc. Even at my fittest, I struggle with dimplage and skin elasticity. I hate it. I would give it some time before you get micro needling just to let the sculptra settle. Microneedling is totally fine once a month. Just make sure that it is the right treatment for you and consult with your doctor first.
