Is Sculptra best option to fill in my hollowing left cheek? It's been only in the last year that this has happened. I was recommended 2x Sculptra vials.Also is Halo the best option to remove brown spots on my face? I had 4-5 IPL sessions 10 yrs ago and results were so so. Is there another treatment with the same or better efficacy but for less money? Downtime is not an issue. But $ is :). What do you recommend for chest? Is it strange looking to do face and not chest? I'm using sunscreen now!

You appear to have some hollowing on both cheeks, but it is worse on the left.  Sculptra is an excellent filler to treat this issue.  There are a variety of fillers that could be used, but Sculptra is a stimulating agent that will produce gradual improvement over time.  If you haven't tried it before, a prescription strength bleaching cream might help with the discoloration on your face.  There are some more aggressive treatments that could be used, but they would be more expensive.

There are numerous fillers out there today. I would recommend you initiate with one of the Galderma or allergen products. If you don't like the result it can be reversed. If you want to have supernatural results consider a fat transfer graft to the area.

DEpending on the comfort level of the doctor you go to -- I have actually treated these nicely with a combination of Juvederm Ultra Plus/Vollure. Sculptra can be combined. In addition - PDO thread can be placed to increased collagen as well. I would just have a consultation with a couple of local docs recommended to you ... ask around to see if anyone has gone there, and sit and discuss with the provider before making a decision. The doc should be comfortable and familiar with the options before you decide.

Sculptra would be a great option to help with the hollowing of your left cheek. You will likely need a couple treatments spaced a month apart. In terms of brown spots, if you didn't have great results with IPL I would suggest CO2 laser. It is higher cost but it will completely resurface the face and can help with fine lines/wrinkles as well as any pigmentation issues. Hope this helps

Sculptra use in restoring facial volume is not your best option. Fat grafting is your best option. When your own fat is used, not only will you look natural and like yourself but you will look considerably more youthful in the appearance and your skin tone as well as texture will change considerably. You must look for a plastic surgeon who specializes in such procedures. After a well performed by grafting procedure the results like I said before are natural and practically permanent. Hi there,

I would suggest using Obagi Nu Derm Kit with Tretinoin coupled with the Obagi C serum. This is a prescription product so it needs to be obtained thru a physician's office.  In regards to your volume loss; Sculptra would be great.  I think you need at least 3 sessions 6 weeks apart of at least two vials per session.
Then of course a maintenance plan as well.  Be sure to see a certified injector for your injections.
