I'm 51 my left cheek is hollow is Sculptra best option? Also need treatment for sun damage brown spots. (photos)

You appear to have some hollowing on both cheeks, but it is worse on the left. Sculptra is an excellent filler to treat this issue. There are a variety of fillers that could be used, but Sculptra is a stimulating agent that will produce gradual improvement over time. If you haven't tried it before, a prescription strength bleaching cream might help with the discoloration on your face. There are some more aggressive treatments that could be used, but they would be more expensive.

There are numerous fillers out there today. I would recommend you initiate with one of the Galderma or allergen products. If you don't like the result it can be reversed. If you want to have supernatural results consider a fat transfer graft to the area.

DEpending on the comfort level of the doctor you go to -- I have actually treated these nicely with a combination of Juvederm Ultra Plus/Vollure. Sculptra can be combined. In addition - PDO thread can be placed to increased collagen as well. I would just have a consultation with a couple of local docs recommended to you ... ask around to see if anyone has gone there, and sit and discuss with the provider before making a decision. The doc should be comfortable and familiar with the options before you decide.
