I am 58 year old female in very good health. I am seeing the progression of the aging process and I am not sure which option is best to reduce early jowls, and add volume. I am concerned that Sculptra and skin tightening devices will create scar tissue under my skin making a facelift harder in the future. Any advice? Thanks in advance for your help.

There are numerous fillers out there today. I would recommend you initiate with one of the Galderma or allergen products. If you don't like the result it can be reversed. If you want to have supernatural results consider a fat transfer graft to the area.
Many of my patients get sculptra to add volume to their hip dips. Added volume to this area will make your butt appear less boxy and give it a plumper and rounder look. Be sure to consult with your doctor to confirm that you are a candidate for the procedure!
I prefer Sculptra over Radiesse to lift your jowls as it will provide more collagen and last for a much longer period of time. Also Sculptra can be used in almost any area of the face, to produce new collagen, and you don't have to worry about lumps that could happen with Radiesse. Thermage FLX...
