Would Sculptra help my boxy backside? (photo)

I'm 5' and 100lbs. I'm active and very petite. I don't have anywhere close to enough fat to do a transfer. I've tried improving my backside with workout plans focussed on weights and squats, but at most it just makes my hip dips worse. I'm not aiming for a Kim K look, but I really want to be less boxy/ no hip dips. Would sculptra be able to help me? as it's not the most realistic for me to go through surgery right now

Either can be used, the neck area tends to get bumps in It and I wouldnt suggest sculptra there but would do morpheus and dermarolling ath ome with In office lasers and at home peels like enlighten or aerify.  Best, Dr. Emer.
