I'm 5' and 100lbs. I'm active and very petite. I don't have anywhere close to enough fat to do a transfer. I've tried improving my backside with workout plans focussed on weights and squats, but at most it just makes my hip dips worse. I'm not aiming for a Kim K look, but I really want to be less boxy/ no hip dips. Would sculptra be able to help me? as it's not the most realistic for me to go through surgery right now

Answer: Sexy Buttocks...Sculptra Can Add Volume Where it is Desired
I prefer Sculptra over Radiesse to lift your jowls as it will provide more collagen and last for a much longer period of time. Also Sculptra can be used in almost any area of the face, to produce new collagen, and you don't have to worry about lumps that could happen with Radiesse. Thermage FLX...
Actually, your best choice would be BellaFill, because it has been specifically approved by the FDA for that purpose, and it lasts longer than Sculptra! Another treatment that is very helpful after the BellaFill has done its job (ie. at about 5 months post-treatment) is to have a Vampire Facial....
You should be able to add sculptra even after having had implants. Sculptra feels more natural and should improve what you are describing. While typically all this should be fine, be sure to get it checked out by your doctor to confirm that you are a candidate for the procedure!
