It has been six months and I started back at my Bodypump class. My dr said no crunches or work that focuses just on abs..... ease into it and stop if it hurts. Now I'm scared I might pop a stitch even though class is going great. It consists of dead lifts, chest, squats, lunges, biceps, triceps, abs (which I skip).... all using a bar w weights. My question... should I wait a few more months? I see my dr in August. Thanks
