Is there a way to move the graft which placed in nose tip back to the right place without surgery? Specific massage or tapping?

Hi @explorerr20! Considering you are 3 months post op, massaging or tapping will unlikely reposition graft material. I would consider waiting 12 months before considering a revision rhinoplasty. Best of luck!

Hello Explorer20,At 3 months if your graft isn't where it is supposed to be it is unlikely  that non surgical interventions will do much.  Early on, before the scar tissue sets in, external pressure or taping may be of benefit.  But at 3 months enough scar tissue has formed the graft won't be able to move much.  I would recommend you follow up with your surgeon to continue to evaluate your healing.  I hope this helps and good luck.  

After three moths of healing, it is very unlikely, that you will be able to reposition any graft material without having a revision rhinoplasty. However, you should wait for 12 months before planning another nose surgery, as the swelling will have to come down, before detailed analysis and planning can be performed.

Hi explorerr20,Taping or massaging at 3 months post op may no longer work to move the graft, however, if the lump you are referring to is not caused by cartilage, but soft tissue swelling, then steroid injection may most likely help.At this stage, your nose will still go through a lot of changes so please be patient.
