I had an amazing experience with Dr Bran a couple of years ago. I almost want to gatekeep him because the more popular he gets, the more demand there is and the prices go up. And I want to use him for future surgeries! :D
I had a lip lift and had simply amazing results. The surgery was super fast with local anaesthesia, I only felt slight discomfort for 1 day, my scar is absolutely undetectable. Even dermatologists I have been to since can't see the scar even after I tell them. 10/10 for the whole experience. + I really like that he does just a few procedures, not every surgery under the sun

I had halo surgery with dr bran in October 23 and my results were fantastic, he is a really friendly and calming surgeon and I was happy with everything from start to finish. He was always available to answer any questions post surgery and I feel so much more confident, my scar is basically undetectable and I’ve had previous surgeries and never had stitch work like this. 100 percent highly recommended dr bran!

I am LOVING life so much with my hairline, I feel beautiful with most of features in harmony now & my hairline neat & tidy. It's not something a lot of people understand and can make you feel crazy when discussing how much it effects you retrospectively.
Post op care from the team and Greg have been superb! having called Greg at dinner time feeling a little nauseous from anaesthetic and answering my call immediately with empathy is something I'll never forget, I felt so safe and secure whilst recovering & having travelled over the world for plastic surgery I have never had this experience before unfortunately.

I had hairline lowering surgery and otoplasty in June 2023 done by Dr Greg Bran at HSSH. It took 10 years for me to finally make the decision to get surgery.

Where do I start..I went to see Dr Bran back in 2021 for a lip lift & my results were amazing and I'm so pleased I chose to go to him, my scar is barely if at all noticeable a year later but he is a specialist in scarring so I knew what great results I'd have. This year I decided I wanted a rhinoplasty which I've wanted for a very long time and now I had already had such amazing results from my lip lift & and seen his rhinoplasty results I knew I could trust him whole heartedly with my face. My nose was never a terrible nose to begin with so in some ways this requires more skill not to mess it up..I am now only 11 days post op & already I absolutely love the results, even with some swelling..I can't wait to see how it progresses with time. I am so grateful for Dr Bran and his talent & although all my friends go to turkey or other countries for cost purposes I just know for me the price was worth it for the trust I have in him that I don't think I'd feel abroad. He is truly talented & I have to say he has such pleasant and reassuring bedside manner which I think is often rare with surgeons. I had hairline lowering surgery, combined with a brow lift and bone contouring in June 2022.

Dr Bran is extremely welcoming and personable. He takes the time to listen to you and makes sure you're proceeding for the right reasons. I thoroughly enjoyed and valued the patient educational content that he takes the time to create, which helped me see just how much he considers the overall aesthetic. I was delighted that we could simultaneously do a brow lift as I'd previously had a very underwhelming upper blepharoplasty with a different surgeon.
The result of the combined procedures Dr Bran performed has given me the look I always wanted - a more proportional face, and it's taken away the tired look from my eyes. And totally natural looking - not a single friend noticed I'd had surgery, but I've had some lovely compliments about how I look in recent months.
The real bits; I have had some hair thinning behind the incision, but it's recovering, and I was given a serum to help with this. My scalp is still numb and sometimes itchy, so it's a long road to complete recovery. But worth it.
The before, during and aftercare have all been great, Dr Bran has a fantastic team.

It’s been almost 5 months for me.
Scar healed beautifully and it’s undetectable.

I did not do before/after because I felt I would have gone obsessive about it.
I also tend to not take selfies as I always felt self-conscious.

Over these months I often thought “there is no difference I should have gone lower” but last week I had my first PS shoot and for the first time I was able to appreciate the difference.

Not only I could see the benefits of a lower forehead on my facial proportions ( It feels more balanced now) , but I also have a new sense of “freedom” .
I have been in front of cameras before and it took a lot of self-control to look “spontaneous” (Every time the camera clicked, I wondered how my forehead would look like)

The pic with sunglasses is a before from around a year ago (I often worn sunglasses because I felt it took attention away from my forehead)

I tried to find two pix from a similar perspective to give an idea.

For me it was totally worth it and I will be forever grateful to Dr Bran

Healed.
As you can see, hair has grown through the scar.
Left: October 21 (Pre-op)
Right: December 22 (10 months post op)
Hair is still growing through the scar.
In October 22(2 months ago) I realised I had a whole lot of shorter hair. It made me realise I must have had hairloss but it went unnoticed ( i only noticed once most of the hair replaced itself as I now have a proper natural fringe, whereas usually my frontal hair are long.
I love my new hairline

I am now very very happy and can appreciate the difference that lower forehead makes.
Shorter hair is now long, this is hands down the best decision I could ever take for my facial balance and will be forever grateful to dr Bran.
I add pix taken in the past 2 weeks . I would have never taken a frontal pix before HL.
The close up (taken just now - I have a very slight tan due to being august, usually my skin is a tiny bit lighter ) shows the scar 18 months in.
I am very happy with what dr Bran did , he has a great aesthetic eye

Just wanted to specify (since I cannot modify my update) that the reason why I included the detail about the tan relates to scars not having the same melanin as the rest of the akin. So if you tan, your scar will stay lighter.

I avoid tans in general but if you like sunbeds bear this is mind as it means that during summer time your scar might end up being a bit more visible (to yourself)

I recommend Dr Bran 100%. He has literally changed my life. I was so insecure about my lips and had been bullied throughout my younger & teenage years because of them. He is so patient and understanding. He answered any questions I had no matter how small. His admin team are absolutely fantastic and respond to queries so quickly, and his surgical & supporting staff are wonderful. So comforting and thoughtful. Dr Bran's after care is second to none. I knew after my very first virtual consultation that I would be having my procedure with him. I trust him completely. If you are considering a procedure with Dr Bran....don't hesitate! Just do it. We only live once! My only regret....is not having this done sooner and wasting all those years.
