Combining multiple procedures into one surgery depends on a variety of factors. Your overall health, smoking status, BMI (body mass index), total length of anesthesia time, just to name a few. Hello and thank you for your question! The simple answer to your question is yes....it can be done! However, there are a lot of factors that determine whether it is possible for a particular patient. First, it needs to be determined whether or not a patient is healthy enough to undergo all these procedures at once. Next, the length of the procedure needs to be determined. If combining all the procedures together will take a significant period of time then some of the procedures may have to be broken up but that can only be decided after an in person evaluation. best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Patient safety must always be the number one priority.  If you are in good health and can obtain full medical clearance from your primary physician, then it may be possible to safely combine these into one surgical setting, if good technique is used.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend

Hi there. One of the biggest benefits of a mommy makeover is that it can combine multiple procedures into one surgery. However, you may want to combine your tummy tuck and breast implants in the same procedure, then schedule your BBL for a different procedure. When recovering from a BBL, you’re going to have to avoid sitting down and lying on your back. However, during your tummy tuck and breast augmentation recovery, you’ll need to avoid lying on your stomach. So recovery can be difficult if these treatments are all done at the same time. Still, talk to your plastic surgeon about your goals and he or she can design a surgical plan that’s right for you.

Mommy makeover consists of a tummy tuck with or without liposuction and a breast rejuvenation. The breast rejuvenation can be either a breast lift with or without the placement of a breast implant or just a straight breast augmentation. Consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon is the best way to determine all your options. At the consultation, they will complete a set of measurements on your breasts-this is to determine if a lift (mastopexy) is necessary for the best aesthetic result and also to determine the size of implant to chose.  They will also examine your abdomen to determine if liposuction is necessary. With the tummy tuck, the surgeon will repair the diastasis of your abdominal muscIes. I encourage you to be at your ideal weight before proceeding with surgery, to get the best aesthetic result.

"Mommy make-over" typically refers to a combined operation to address post pregnancy changes that affect the breasts and the abdomen. BBL with liposuction of the thighs would be considered additional surgery. All surgery could be performed at one time if you are healthy and the surgery could be performed in less than 6 hours, however you must be willing to accept the slightly higher risk that is associated with adding liposuction and fat transfer to a breast augmentation and abdominoplasty procedure.
