Is a mommy makeover done all at the same time?

Hi, I'm wanting a mommy makeover with breast implants , tummy tuck, and BBL for the BBL I'd like to get the fat from my hips , stomach and outer thighs if possible. Is this something that would be done all at the same time? I have a family member who had this same procedure done and it was done at the same time. But I understand its different for everyone. TIA
