pre op flat chest size A/B.I’ve noticed they move outwards and slightly upwards causing pulling sensation in cleavage area & heavy tender fullness under arm. they both look feel same when standing seeing my PS soon just wanted to hear from other drs to see what you think it could be Also if this is lateral displacement should I have to pay for this to be corrected? Kind regards I’ve added pics showing this happens in and out of a bra and my finger is where the implant is felt

Fibroadenomas, as you know, are benign lesions. They are not infectious lesions and do not "contain bacteria". They do not, directly "cause" encapsulation of breast implants.
Also, as you know, different plastic surgeons will have different viewpoints and opinions. Some will, some will not...
It's difficult to say what is going on from the photos. You are far out enough from the surgery that there shouldn't be any reaction from tape, but I don't know how long you had tape placed on your skin. There is some type of skin reaction, and it may be best to talk with your surgeon...
