I am 5”8 123lb 32C bust I was originally booked to do 475cc HP But that’s not what wanted so I brought it up to 500cc HP looked into it that wasn’t what I wanted either I want very big breast I don’t mind it looking unreal but I was wondering if that’d be big enough for what I am looking for I’d like to be a full E cup and what are the risks of doing an implant that size?
Answer: Implant size and type Dear amillia_lopez,Breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

CONTACT NOW Answer: Large Breast augmentation In general large implants have more issues that smaller implants due to the weight of the implant. So women have strong internal tissue and support a large implant without problems. Other women do not have good support and the implant slides down the chest and under the arm. Unfortunately there is no sure way to determine how your tissues will respond to the augmentation. An examination would help determine additional risk factors in you. In general I think the 600 cc implant will give you the "look" you showed in the photos.

Answer: Breast augmentation, 600-650cc Hello and thank you for your question. You are a great candidate for a breast augmentation. 600/650cc is a large implant. It would be helpful to know your individual breast measurements in order to give you the most accurate advice. The size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. This entire surgery can be performed with a small incision technique. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. FACS Harvard-trained plastic surgeon

Answer: Too big 600 cc or 650 cc implants would make your situation much worse. At size 32 C, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. 200 cc implants would take you from a C to an E. Also, your breasts are pointing outward and are too far apart. Implants have to be centered under the nipple-areola complex. This will require lateral dissection and your breasts will displace inferiorly and laterally. The better technique is a modified Benelli. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed retro-pectoral. Aligning the nipple, breast tissue and implant will maximize your projection, allowing use of a smaller implant. Small implants are mechanically more stable with less long term complications. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
