Thank you for the question. You are definitely more of a Tummy Tuck candidate than simple fat removal. I would use a little liposuction to refine the look of your Tummy Tuck.  As far as some of your other questions go such as price, that is very location dependent. Seek out a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area. One of the things that might come up (and I can't tell from your pictures) will be your BMI. For maximum safety a good doctor will make sure that you meet their BMI requirement. Best of luck
