This looks like cellulite. A combination approach for cellulite is needed to get the most improvement. I recommend Cellfina in combination with Sculptra or renuva, and body treatments like Exilis Ultra/Venus Legacy, Cellutone/z wave. A VASER HI DEF procedure can be done for more contouring. See an expert for a formal evaluation. There is no cure but you can get good improvement. Best, Dr. Emer.
It is difficult to get a clear assessment of what you are unhappy with from the photos that you show. Significant contouring of the legs can be achieved both through liposuction or other modalities. I would seek the advice of a surgeon who has a significant experience with body contouring and a certified by the American Board of plastic surgery.I wish you the best.Dr. Gabbay
this is probably the most difficult area to treat for cellulite. Options include Cellulaze and Cellfina. Neither work great for this area though. I think Cellulaze works the best, along with a technique called "mulching". Another good option is to use BodyTite in conjunction with this to help nonsurgically lift the skin.
Thank you for your question. Look like mostly cellulite. But physical examination required for proper assessment. If it is cellulite then venus radio frequency treatment will help. Please consult wit a board certified PS for evaluation.

Patients with chronic diseases are still candidate for liposuction if these illnesses are quiescent.

Liposuction is one of the most commonly performed surgeries around the world. While any surgery carries some degree of risk, liposuction in general is considered a low-risk procedure, particularly if you select a board-certified plastic surgeon. I suggest scheduling a consultation with a...
