I had my first BA 11 years ago.they were 440r 460L. I had a child & my boobs just got so stretched out. More so my right. I decided to get an upgrade. The PS said since I had so much loose skin id need internal sutures. I wanted to do silicon gel & go bigger. We decided 800 would be good cause lots loose skin. surgery was yesterday & my right boob looks WAY bigger than my left. Do you think it's the swelling or because the same size Impalant was used when one " boob" was bigger than the other?
