Will adding internal sutures on one breast make the pocket smaller to make breast more symmetrical?

Hello,Unfortunately, you will need to be seen.  Like many surgeons hearing your description, I am in disagreement with your surgeon's surgical decision making process to use enormous implants to somehow 'fix' the skin excess problem. A photo of your results are not posted, but I am fairly certain that a capsulorrhaphy (internal sutures) will not help, and may only make your problem worse.It probably behooves you to have a few second opinion consultations with ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeons that specialize in revision breast surgery. Best of luck!

to have done the right thing... you will get implant cards down the road showing what implants were used in your procedure.  If there are things not right, you can only sit tight and finish the recovery process before considering any other options or revisions.  Your photos are too far way to see your breasts and appreciate your concerns.  So trust your surgeon to do the right thing for you as your surgeon should share the desire for a best outcome  with you as its a reflection of his/her work.  The differences you mentioned should be even smaller as your implants get larger.

I am sorry but it is too difficult to provide you with an honest answer unless I saw better pictures (and pictures from most recent surgery).  In general however, you need to give yourself some time (a few months at minimum) before you can see more of what your end result will look like.  Best of luck to you

Please repost with current pictures.  Your plastic surgeon is your best source now to accurately answer your concerns and properly treat you, If you have questions or you think one is way bigger than the other, please notify your plastic surgeon.  Best wishes.

Just from your description and lack of good photos it will be impossible for anyone to evaluate your situation.  Your best bet is to follow up with your PS and he or she will be able to give you the answer your looking for.
