Do my breast look infected? Is this normal post healing around 11 weeks post breast augmentation/lift? (photos)

This type of wound is not uncommon after breast lift. It is usually caused by poor blood flow. I would suggest you to consult your plastic surgeon, follow your surgeon's instructions and keep your wound clean and covered. It can take few weeks or months for wound to fully heal.

Hello,These photos look okay. The "t" area of a breast lift can be difficult to heal and some patients will not tolerate dissolvable sutures here as well as others. Hopefully after a few weeks, the sutures that you are reacting too will be dissolved or extruded. You may have some wider scarring in the area where the two incisions meet, however, this can be revised or treated with microneedling.
