Do my breast look infected? Is this normal post healing around 11 weeks post breast augmentation/lift? (photos)

I had breast augmentation/lift 11 weeks ago. The incisions keep re-opening. I also have redness and tenderness around my nipples and have had a few stitch abscess removed in that area. My doctor says I’m just sensitive to the stitches and nothing is a major concern and could take up to a year to heal.Is this something I should be concerned about? Do my breasts look infected? Will my scars be more evident since they keep re-opening?
