I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Thank you for your picture and questions. While an exam would be most helpful, it appears that you have some scar tissue from surgery that is causing some deformity with movement. You have have had subpectoral implants and the muscle is pulling on the implant when you raise your arm.  This is quite common wih submuscular implants and nothing to worry about.  For a fuller explanation, arrange a review with your plastic surgeon.

Based on your photo, your history and not having a physical examination it appears as the skin at the bottom of your breast has thinned and is stuck to the breast implant capsule. I would go back to your Board Certified Plastic surgeon, allow him / her to examine you and help you understand how this can be repaired. I hope this helps, good luck.Stephen M. Davis, MD, FACS
