My surgery was on Novembe 2018( gel implants 350 CC below muscle), by January I noticed this dent on my left breast whenever I raised my arm and it hasnt gone away. I also see a similar but smaller indentation on my righ breast when i raise my right arm.

It would be useful to see your pre-operative photos and have your measurements but on the picture your have shown, it looks like a lift may have been necessary along with your implants.

It is hard to tell for sure, but based on your photo it looks like you have a spitting suture. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.
