I had a breast augmentation w/ mastopexy done in March 2015 (anchor incision). I had internal stitches done and I find I am still getting pockets of fluid build up in spots. I feel that the stitches still haven't dissolved in some spots and are creating pockets of fluid. My scars in some spots are getting more red. And now I have weird round scars in spots down my incisions and around my areola where my stitches have spit. I just started using silicone scar strips hoping that might help. Any ideas?

If your implants were placed behind the muscle, it is quite normal to have swelling. Muscles of your chest work with the muscles of your back, so tenderness there can happen. Try some cold compresses on your muscles.
Go back and be seen by your surgeon. Hopefully, you are not developing a capsule. If you are, it still can be treated non-surgically. Use product to clear up the acne. You don't want that bacteria to infect your implants.
You have have had subpectoral implants and the muscle is pulling on the implant when you raise your arm. This is quite common wih submuscular implants and nothing to worry about. For a fuller explanation, arrange a review with your plastic surgeon.
