3 months post op mastopexy and augmentation. When will they not be sore and feel normal?

you are still in healing process and it may take some time until you are fully healed. Most plastic surgeons will recommend you to wait at least 6 months. Until then follow your surgeon's instructions.

Go back and be seen by your surgeon. Hopefully, you are not developing a capsule. If you are, it still can be treated non-surgically. Use product to clear up the acne. You don't want that bacteria to infect your implants.

It's common to experience some soreness and discomfort for several months after a mastopexy (breast lift) with augmentation. Typically, the initial soreness begins to subside within a few weeks, but it can take 3 to 6 months or even longer for your breasts to feel more "normal" and for any lingering soreness to dissipate completely.
The healing process varies from person to person, so if you're still feeling sore at 3 months post-op, it's not unusual. However, the discomfort should gradually lessen over time. If you notice persistent pain, unusual swelling, or any other concerning symptoms, it’s important to consult with your plastic surgeon to ensure everything is healing as expected.

Soreness and discomfort are common after mastopexy (breast lift) and augmentation surgery, and the timeline for recovery can vary from person to person. Generally, most soreness and discomfort should significantly improve within the first few weeks to months after surgery as your body continues to heal. By three months post-op, you should notice a substantial reduction in soreness and start to feel more normal. However, full recovery and the complete settling of implants may take several months to a year. It’s essential to continue following your plastic surgeon’s post-operative instructions, attend follow-up appointments, and communicate any concerns or unusual symptoms with them to ensure a smooth recovery process.

It can take up to 12 months for the breast to soften and settle after breast lift surgery with implants.  You need to be patient and gradually ease back into your regular routine.  Make sure you use lots of moisturiser to keep the skin hydrated to help address the itching.  If your symptons persist you should arrange a review with your Plastic Surgeon.

When a foreign object is placed in the body, whether it is a breast implant, hip joint, pacemaker, dental implant, etc., there is an "adjustment period".  This is the time it takes for you to feel comfortable with this new object inside of your body.  It may take a month, 6 months, even a year for you to feel comfortable with your new additions.I would give it time, visit with your surgeon to make sure everything is healing normally.  You may need some medication if you are developing a capsular contracture or something to help you sleep at night.  It is rare, but some women just don't feel comfortable with breast implants, in that situation, you can just remove them and all your symptoms will go away.Good Luck!

You may be a little slow to recover from surgery.  At 3 months post op, you should be feeling good.  Contact your surgeon so he can rule out any complications.
