I want to feminize my face a little, especially in the jaw and chin area. Botox or Surgery? (photos)

Volume and contouring of the cheeks can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. Botox and radiofrequency can help slim and contour the jawline. Liposuction can help slim the face. Ultherapy, J Plasma and RF treatments can provide skin tightening and lift. Facial feminization for the female. For you this would be a conservative rhinoplasty with hump removal etc., a chin reduction and forehead reduction.  During a consultation a surgeon needs to find out exactly what your goals are and not impose his aesthetics on you. Look for a very experienced FFS surgeon who does natural faces and not the overdone strange look 

Botox and fillers are a great place to begin for facial feminization. You can go slowly and build up to the look you are wanting. If you are happy with the results you can either continue or explore surgery for a more permanent change.

injections to the mentalis muscle would relax your chin and create a
softer appearance.  It would not require many units.  If that did not
give you the results you were looking for you could progress to dermal
fillers.  I believe botox alone would offer the improvement you are
looking for.  Of course I am not able to tell via pictures for sure if
this is the correct treatment for you. 
I recommend an in person consultation with a board certified provider for a proper evaluation.   

I may be wrong but I hope you mean making your face look a bit softer. Botox is not going to help because it will only atrophy even for the time being the muscles that are being treated making your face look even bonier and thinner. Any filler can be used to make your face somewhat rounder but my preferred method to do this is with the patient's own fat. Fat grafting provides natural and permanent results in my hands. Hi 265SubPex,To be honest, you are looking great! When patients mention softening of the jaw, they usually mean slimming down the masseter. In your case, that would not be the case as the masseters don't seem to be hypertrophied.
