Sticking with fillers such as Bellafill, juvederm Voluma, or Restylane Lyft is  certainly An option. But for a more permanent solution to your concerns You could have cheek implants or a deep plane face lift to contour the neck and jawline and reposition the cheek soft tissue. 

Bellafill is a stimulating agent that normally requires several treatment sessions to produce gradual filling over time.  It can take 6-8 weeks to see the result after a Bellafill treatment as well.  At 1 day after a Bellafill treatment, there can be some temporary filling from the collagen in the product, but this goes away fairly soon.  The filling from the active ingredient comes later.  

  Cheek implants offer a permanent augmentation to the mid face and cheeks.  Cheek implants are manufactured in a large array of thicknesses, sizes, and shapes which is best determined at the time of the consultation and examination.  In the long run, it is much cheaper to perform implants than it is to undergo repetitive fillers which are temporary.
  The goal of a lower face and neck lift is to tighten loose facial and neck muscles, lift the jowls, tighten loose facial neck skin, and remove any fatty deposits in the neck.  Both procedures can be performed together or separately depending upon the patient's desires.  For more information and many examples of both procedures, please see the video below
