Chin is very small whilst cheeks are quite full resulting in round/triangular face. Makes my already narrow small eyes look smaller. also ruins my smile: my cheeks stick out whilst chin moves back. I don’t like my cheek bones as they diagonal making my outer corner eyes look sharper. I want a look similar to that of the models as they have flat cheeks and horizontal cheekbones. Are custom implants a necessity as I really want good results that will make me more handsome without huge expense
