I have an extremely short buttcrack and my shape is square I’m wondering if i would be a good candidate for a bbl and i also want to know will my buttcrack change after the surgery?

The amount of fat that can be transferred in a BBL depends on how much fat the patient has to harvest and the amount of space there is to move the fat into. It is recommended for the patient to have a BMI of 30 or less. If you are too thin, a Brazilian Butt Lift may not be possible.

The length of the butt crack would not change. I would search for the board certified plastic surgeon who you feel is most likely to give you the best results and who performs hundreds of these procedures each year. I would look at patient reviews as well as before and after photos on that surgeon's website.

Answer: Improvement with body contouring You can definitely expect significant improvement with procedures that include liposuction and fat transfer. It may not all happen in one procedure and may also require some weight loss. In person evaluation is recommended before considering surgery. Good luck.
