Am I able to get a BBL with my body type? I have an extremely short buttcrack and my shape is square (photo)

A good candidate has enough fat available for transfer in the procedure. The amount of fat that can be transferred in a BBL depends on how much fat the patient has to harvest and the amount of space there is to move the fat into. It is recommended for the patient to have a BMI of 30 or less. If you are too thin, a Brazilian Butt Lift may not be possible.

Fat grafting techniques can be very powerful and can dramatically improve shape.  The length of the butt crack would not change.  I would search for the board certified plastic surgeon who you feel is most likely to give you the best results and who performs hundreds of these procedures each year. I would look at patient reviews as well as before and after photos on that surgeon's website.

You can definitely expect significant improvement with procedures that include liposuction and fat transfer. It may not all happen in one procedure and may also require some weight loss. In person evaluation is recommended before considering surgery. Good luck.

Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back, hips and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.

You are a good candidate for a very aggressive lipo in the whole body and the BBL but you have to be honest to yourself as well ... if you have any loose skin or fat on the abdomen area you need the full TT as well. This will dramatically improve your results because we can snatch your waist and therefore create a BBL that looks a lot more curvier. Best of luck

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire back, waist and flanks liposuction, with BBL, and tummy tuck, this is because all the extra skin located in this areas plus your abdominal muscle needs to be repaired.

Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.

After evaluating your photos you seem to be a good candidate for a back liposuction and BBL. You do have enough localized fat that it can be collected for the BBL and of course your that your buttocks for will change after the surgery.
