Cupping/vacuum therapy after 5wks after BBL, is it okay?

Question

I had liposuction with fat transfer to my hips and my bum 5weeks ago. I have some areas of flatness so my doctor reccomend cupping/vaccum therapy to those areas. However my post- op therapists advised against it. What should I do? I trust my doctor but I'm worried now.

I always advocate following the post-operative protocols of the PS who performed the surgery.
