Can the bad lipo on the legs be fixed? (Photo)

brad17
I had lip on my legs 10 years ago and apparently he got too close to the outside of the leg and now I have “divots” where the cannula was used too close to the outside of the leg. Not enough space between the leg and the fat wall to keep it smooth looking. How hard is this to correct? I have lost 83lbs and have kept it off for over 2 years. I am heartbroken that All this work and my legs look awful.
