I'd like to get Sientra breast implants. I've had capsular contracture 3 times with both saline and silicone (although they were PIP's). I have a history of autoimmune disease. Will my body reject the alloderm? Am I better off just doing Sientra alone?

Typically Alloderm will incorporate into the tissue of the body. If the sling was done to hold the inframammary fold the internal suture line can hurt for 6-8 weeks.
