Hi, jordashjAlthough your gynecologist might have "tightened ab muscle as much as he could," the primary focus of hysterectomy is not tightening your core muscle.  Ob/Gyns are not trained to perform abdomen contouring procedures as plastic surgeons are.  Please consult a board-certified plastic surgeon to learn about your options.Best wishes.
