Upper abdomen pain 6 months after extended tummy tuck. What could this be?

Hello, I had an extended tummy tuck and breast lift with implants almost exactly six months ago. There were no complications except for needing a seroma drained one day post op. For the past month, I have felt what I describe as pulled muscle pains in my upper abdomen. It started left of my belly button and was just inconvenient, hurting when I laug or cough. Now, the pain is more severe and extends to the upper entirety of my abdomen. The pain comes in waves that takes my breath away.

We usually keep the scar low and pull the belly skin DOWN rather than the pubic skin UP, so the center part of the scar is in the pubic region, nicely hidden under underwear. If a keloid scar develops, it's still hidden. The hair acts the same as in other scar locations
