I was diagnosed with blindness in one eye, but what has bothered me throughout my life has been my uneven of eyes. Smiling only makes it worse, and my eyes are usually what bothers me most in pictures. I was wondering what surgery I would benefit from to fix this?

The best way to avoid droopiness is to have Botox but NOT in the forehead, only in the glabella, between the eyebrows, and under the tail of the eyebrow, in the lateral orbicularis. The lift is very noticeable!
Nerve and muscle responsible for eyelid ptosis are located within the orbit and far away from rhinoplasty surgery field. It is unlikely that rhinoplasty was the cause of ptosis. It would be best to seek a consultation of a board certified plastic or oculoplastic surgeon in this regard. Good luck.
