My eyes always appear bulgy and sad. They are tilted downward and there is a huge volume deficit under the eyes and in the cheeks area which pulls the eyes downward even more. I have always had this problem, but I had a ptosis correction two years ago which maybe made things even worse. Any suggestions please for this problem?
