Sad bulging eyes! Always had this problem but maybe ptosis correction made it worse (Photos)

rodeye1
My eyes always appear bulgy and sad. They are tilted downward and there is a huge volume deficit under the eyes and in the cheeks area which pulls the eyes downward even more. One eye is more sunken than the other one. One pupil appears to be higher maybe because of unequal white areas show?! I have always had this problem, but I had a ptosis correction two years ago which maybe made things even worse. Any suggestions please for this problem?
