Your lower eyelids are low so you may need a lower eyelid retraction surgery to get the eyelids higher. Also you have a superior sulcus deformity in your one eye, you may need a upper eyelid filler injection to make a symetrical eyelid with the other. No problem with the ptosis surgey.
