Drooping on lower right side after rhinoplasty. Could this be ptosis and what are my options? 5 years post op. (photo)

Ninjaattacks
I've notified dropping of the lower eyelid within the last 5 years after a rhinoplasty that most likely caused some nerve damage. I'm wondering if it's possible that I may have ptosis and if I'm able to fix the droopiness of the lower left eyelid.
