I had a tummy tuck about four years ago and I’m unhappy with the shape of my belly button and the scarring around it. I’m interested in an umbilicoplasty/belly button revision to make the shape look more natural. Do you think this is something that can be improved at this point, and if so, what would you recommend?

You seem to be a candidate for revision of umbilicus. This would include partial removal of the scar and larger, better shaped umbilicus. However, complete removal of the scar should not be expected. I hope this helps.
