Can my belly button be turned from an outie to an innie? (Photo)

I’ve always had an innie belly button. A couple years I was playing around. I took a marker cap and stuck in my belly button and kept pulling it now it’s turned into an outtie. Believe it or not it pulls from the inside and pulled it out. It doesn’t stick way out, but it’s even with my belly button outside area in place of sticking way out. Is there any way that I can fix that?that?
