Can a neoumbilicoplasty and scar revision be performed after hernia repair with mesh?

I am a 28-year-old woman, 5’1”, 144lbs. About 4½ months ago, I underwent a complex abdominal surgery that included a laparoscopic diastasis recti repair, ventral hernia repair, and vertical skin excision. During the procedure, my original belly button was completely removed (amputated umbilicus). My surgeon also mentioned using mesh, although I do not know its exact location. I am considering reconstructive surgery in the future and would like to know if I would be a candidate for a neoumbilicoplasty (creation of a completely new belly button) along with a comprehensive scar revision. My vertical midline scar has become very thick, painful, itchy, and has developed into a large hypertrophic scar/keloid. I have a strong tendency to form keloids, and I believe the tension from the vertical skin excision contributed to its worsening. If there is enough healthy tissue, would it also be possible to create a new belly button and revise the vertical scar.
