Is it safe to have a revision liposuction procedure after weight gain?

In Oct of 2020 I had a mommy makeover & BBL which included Lipo 360, body tight to my lower abdomen since my surgeon said I did not need a time tuck, vasor lipo to my abdomen/upper arms. I was VERY pleased with the results but have gained weight. I was 140 lbs post surgery & am 165 today. most of my weight gain is in my abdomen/butt/upper back/bra roll area. I have started to exercise as well as make healthier diet changes. Is revision lipo a good idea once I reach my goal weight?

As a general statement secondary liposuction results deliver far less improvement compared to primary liposuction.
Patients who are left unsatisfied after liposuction most likely have other ideologies causing contour issues rather than subcutaneous fat.
Weight gain will definitely cause people to have less impressive outcomes than those who maintain their preprocedure weight or lose weight on top of the procedure.
Liposuction the results vary substantially based on who does the procedure as well as individual patients candidacy for the procedure. subcutaneous fat is only one of many potential variables that can affect body contour. other variables that should be considered include skin laxity, muscle separation from previous pregnancies and visceral fat. Issues with body contour on the back is often related to skin laxity with many individuals having a skin fold on their mid back.Ideally Liposuction should include the entire torso in order to leave people with an even natural thin fat distribution that’s consistent in all parts of the torso.
Unless your first procedure was done insufficiently you should not need a second round of liposuction.
To make an assessment we would need at a minimum to see quality before and after pictures.
I suggest getting back to your preprocedure weight and consider maintaining a healthy weight first and foremost since obesity is most likely the primary problem at this point not fat distribution.
If you’re not happy with the outcome after a successful weight loss then consider following up with your provider to get an assessment.
Skin laxity is one of the most common reasons patients fail to appreciate liposuction results.
Without seeing pictures we can’t really give you any useful information.
The most obvious answer to your post is to lose weight.
