42 yr old femaleop, 162lbs, post op thigh lipo , sutures were never left open, edema (looks like a hernia protruding out) has been present since 1 week post op. I am now 7 months post op. I have read some protein molecules may be to large and trapped… I have had mri and lymphatic nuclear test. Lymphnodes did flow to liver during nuclear test. MRI showed edema and swelling of soft tissue and fatty area. Can I lipo this again? What is solution?

Answer: Thigh Liposuction The upper in the fire is not respond welcome Liposuction. 8000+ I’ve never seen somebody develop edema from the procedure. I think it’s far more likely that with your thing lack of results that impression is looking like redundant tissue. Liposuction results start approaching final results by six weeks and my three month but people don’t see any change. The area you had treated is sort of known for not delivering the results people I hope for. Edema tends to travel down the tissues with gravity and will accumulate in the lower position. My best guess is this is simply the result and not chronic edema, Follow up with your provider I consider having a few second opinion consultations with other board-certified plastic surgeons in your community. Reports and exams like an MRI calling something Adema needs to be put in perspective other surrounding tissues. Incisions being left or open would not change the outcome. You chose to have Liposuction in the mail yet but typically doesn’t give a great results. During consultations I sometimes set expectations for inner thigh liposuction by challenging my patients to find a single five star review for inner thigh liposuction results anywhere on the Internet.
