Hi I got airsculpt 360 1 year ago and I really loved the results except this spot on my back rolls where I had the most amount of swelling and the most lymph stagnancy. I still need to work with the fasha there so it won’t hold water weight one year later. I don’t have any fibrosis or scar tissue. I wanted this area to be flat and it’s almost there but clearly not fully.. I’m nervous to get lipo there AGAIN but I also just want this area to be totally flat. Any thoughts? FIRST PICTURE IS BEFORE 4 after are 1 year post op

This may not be what you want to hear, but I do not think, purely based on the photos, that this is anything other than loose and redundant skin. I do not think further liposuction of any type is going to fix the problem, but clearly an in person consultation would be warranted to firm up that opinion.

To get this area perfectly flat, you will require a back lift, where extra skin and subcutaneous tissue is removed from the bra region of your back.
There are energy based devices that can be performed with liposuction, like BodyTite, Quantum, and Morpheus8, that will certainly help. Although, to a lesser degree than a back lift.

It appears you had a type of liposuction under local anesthesia that limits the amount of aggressiveness allowed. Therefore, you need a secondary procedure of a combination of superficial lip sculpting with either J plasma or Endo laser.
